Help Make Rumble Happen

Rumble Through The Valley is made possible through the support of dedicated volunteers. From event setup to on site assistance, volunteers play an important role in keeping the weekend running smoothly.

Please fill out the form and keep in mind that we may ask you to adjust your request (decrease/increase hours, work different shift, etc.). We understand that you may not be able to accommodate any such request & greatly appreciate your willingness to help make this a great event! If you wish to work with another Volunteer, please indicate that in the Comments section at the end of the form.

Volunteers may assist with:

  • Registration and check in for the Volunteers (check in, give Volunteer T-shirt)

  • Registration and check in for Attendees (ID scan, wristbands, collect money)

  • Parking and traffic support

  • Bartending (this position starts at Noon each day)

  • T-Shirt sales

  • More positions may be added

What to Expect

Volunteers will receive details regarding their role, schedule, and meeting location prior to the event.

All volunteers must complete the sign up form and be confirmed by the event committee before participating.
