Stay On Site During the Event Weekend

Rates and Access

Camping will be available during the event weekend! Attendees may reserve tent or RV space and remain on site throughout the rally. Utility hookups and shower access are offered for a fee.

  • Full Hookup (Electric & Water): $150
  • Electric Only: $100
  • Dry Camping (No Hookups): $75
  • Rough Tent Site: $50

  • Early Thursday arrival available for an additional fee

Camping Information

Camping areas are located within designated sections of the fairgrounds and will be assigned upon approval. All occupants 8+ must purchase a $20 event wristband in addition to site fees. Campers must be 21+ to register, be self-contained, and provide camper size/slide-out details.

Quiet hours will be observed during overnight periods. Pets and ESAs are strictly prohibited (Service Dogs excepted). Campers must follow all fairgrounds regulations; illegal dumping will result in a $300 fine and removal from the grounds.

Guidelines and Policies

  • All campers must check in at the designated registration area during setup times: Thursday (10am-5pm) or Friday (8am-Noon). All units must be removed by 1pm Sunday.
  • Vehicles must be parked in the designated area outside the gate and are not permitted at the campsite. Occupancy is strictly limited to 8 people per site to ensure safe access for emergency vehicles.
  • Campers are responsible for maintaining a clean site. There is no dump station on-site; however, a shower house is available on the Fairgrounds for all registered campers.
  • Registrations and payments are due by July 1, 2026. Updated policies may be provided as the event approaches.
